Who is responsible

What the form collects and why

Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you write to us. We use them to answer your enquiry and to arrange your consultation, which you asked for, and for nothing else. The form also passes a check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which reads technical signals from your browser to tell a person from a program and stops spam reaching us.

Who receives it

Your message is stored on the server that runs the form for us and sent by email to Nataliya Dobromyslova, whose reply comes from her mailbox. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the spam check, Google delivers the email, and Proton holds our mailbox. We sell nothing and pass your details to no one else.

How long it is kept

The stored copy of your enquiry is deleted 12 months after you send it, and the technical record of the submission after 30 days. Deleted records can stay in restricted backups for up to 30 days more. The email correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as we work with you, and you can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to info@absolutvisa.com. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Portugal's data protection authority, at cnpd.pt.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can make a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, Portugal's official complaints book. If a dispute with us as a consumer is not settled between us, you can take it to the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, at centroarbitragemlisboa.pt. More consumer dispute resolution bodies are listed on the Portal do Consumidor, at consumidor.gov.pt.
